Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

Shipping Options and Rates

For each order, shipping rates and options are automatically calculated based on your location and the weight of your selected products.

Shipping to Saudi Arabia:

• Standard Shipping: Available for orders up to 30kg. The rate is SAR 10, with a delivery time of approximately 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, select express shipping at SAR 10, arriving within 1-3 business days.

Shipping to Bahrain:

• Standard Shipping: Available for orders up to 30kg. The rate is BHD 10, with delivery in 3-5 business days.
• Express Shipping: If you need your order quickly, choose express shipping at BHD 10 for delivery within 1-3 business days.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

MEOWKA is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time is 7 - 15 days.

• This doesn’t include our 1-3 day processing time.
• All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Order Processing and Delivery

• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
