MEOWKA Return Policy
At MEOWKA™, we want you and your cat to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
Return Requirements
- Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The return address will be provided by our Customer Service Team during the return process.
- Items must be returned in like-new or unused condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products marked as final sale, refurbished, or “open box.”
- MEOWKA™ products purchased through other retailers (these must be returned directly to them, following their specific return policy).
- Items bought in-store (in-store purchases cannot be returned online).
All returns are subject to validation and approval at MEOWKA™'s discretion. If there’s a difference between the policy on your original packing slip and the information here, this page’s policy will apply to purchases from www.meowka.com.
How to Initiate a Return
If you purchased your meowka.com, you can start your return by contacting us at https://meowka.com/pages/contact. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number (from your confirmation email).
- The name and email associated with your order.
- The reason for your return.
Return Process
- Once your request is authorized, you’ll receive a return authorization document and shipping label.
- Include the return authorization document inside the package.
- We do not cover return shipping costs. For your protection, keep your tracking information, as we’re not responsible for lost packages.
After your package is marked as delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is processed. Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days, applying only to the purchase price of the item(s).
Refund Information
If your product is returned in line with this policy, MEOWKA™ will issue a refund to your original form of payment, including any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted).
- A 3.8% processing fee applies to refunds, as credit card processors do not return their fees even when a refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your MEOWKA™ product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at https://meowka.com/pages/contact with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of any damage.
