At MEOWKA™, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, durable products that you and your cat can enjoy. Please note that this 3-Month Warranty applies exclusively to the MEOWKA™ Cat Bed.
We stand by the quality of our cat beds and offer this warranty to cover any functional defects within the warranty period. If you experience a defect within 3 months of purchase, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution. You may be asked to provide photos or videos as evidence of the issue to help us assess the situation.
Warranty Coverage and Resolution
- The method of resolution is at MEOWKA™'s discretion and may not always include a full replacement.
- Refunds may be declined if damages are found to be outside warranty coverage.
- In cases where repairs are needed due to issues not covered under warranty, a repair fee may apply.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, or mishandling by people or pets
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
